1. About Nona

Nona is a wearable device and companion app that help family members stay informed about an ageing parent’s daily routines and wellbeing. Nona is currently available for pre-order and has not yet shipped.

2. Important safety information

Please read this section carefully.

• Nona is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, care or monitoring.
• Nona is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency services on your behalf. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
• Features such as fall detection, SOS alerts, safe zones and location updates depend on the device being worn, charged and connected to a cellular network, and on your phone receiving notifications. They may not detect every event, and alerts may be delayed or not delivered.
• Insights about routines and body signals are informational only. Always use your own judgement and contact your parent or a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Pre-orders are currently available for delivery to addresses in the United States only.

4. Pre-orders and payment

• When you place a pre-order, you pay the full purchase price at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.
• Early-adopter pricing and included benefits (such as a free charging dock and 12 months of included service) apply only while stated on the website at the time of your order.
• Sales tax may be added where required by law.

5. Estimated shipping and delays

The first pre-orders are currently scheduled to ship in December 2026. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If we cannot ship your order by the date we told you, we will notify you before that date with a revised shipping estimate and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund. If you do not respond, we may treat your order as continuing to the revised date, as permitted by law. If a further delay occurs, we will ask again. This follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Shipping to addresses in the United States is free. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancelling your pre-order

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships, for any reason, and receive a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@meetnona.com. We process cancellations promptly; your bank may take several business days to show the refund.

7. Nona service subscription

Nona requires a service subscription, which includes LTE cellular connectivity for the device and access to the app’s features. Pre-orders include the first 12 months of service at no extra cost, starting when your device is activated.

After the included period, the subscription is $24.90 per month unless we tell you otherwise in advance. We will ask for your consent and explain how billing and cancellation work before any subscription charge begins. You will be able to cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

8. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it through automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Carely and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only.

The website may link to third-party sites and services (for example Stripe’s checkout page). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Warranty and product terms

Any limited warranty and product-specific terms for the Nona device will be provided with your device. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to the website, your pre-order or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to a pre-order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or your pre-order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and Carely consent to their jurisdiction. This does not limit any right you may have to bring a claim in small-claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
